How the governance actually works
No black box. Your agent runs on three things:
- a manifest — the approved set of facts, claims, and rules it's allowed to operate within;
- grounding — it can only answer from that manifest and your source material, so it can't free-associate new claims;
- a pin — a cryptographic fingerprint (sha256) of the exact governed version, so you (or your customer) can verify precisely what's running.
