1. Acceptance
By using Sales Bob, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Sales Bob is operated by Master22Solutions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be authorized to represent the apps or books you onboard.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Sales Bob to deceive customers, misrepresent pricing, send spam, or run agents against material you do not have rights to. Do not attempt to bypass governance controls.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you put into Sales Bob. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you.
5. AI output
Sales Bob's governance reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing what your published agent says and for honoring offers made on your behalf.
6. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master22Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Sales Bob.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
